I’m not one to pause and look back on accomplishments. If anything, I look back and see what I could, or should, have done differently.

I do, though, look ahead with anticipation of new experiences, meeting new friends and the possibilities of making people smile and maybe, just maybe putting a little extra pep in their step.

So, on this first day of 2026, whether you prefer to look back or ahead, I hope 2026 is good to you and you have a little bit of that excited anticipation for what is yet to be.
