Dog days of summer usually means root beer floats, chili dogs & fries … but not for me! For me it’s time for the lawnmower poker run - literally, a poker run where the primary mode of transportation is a lawnmower.

The poker run has been happening for years & although it’s smaller now, at one point, almost the entire town was involved.

For me, there’s nothing better than being outside, seeing people & having a few beverages all while raising money for cancer.

Whatever the dog days of summer means to you, I hope it makes you smile year after year.
